OIL SAMPLING

We offer a service to take oil samples (click here to see method statement on the collection of oil samples)  and a full analysis and report service, to include moisture, dissolved gases, dielectric strength,  tan delta, furfurans etc.

OIL MONITORING

Using our Vaisla HMP228 moisture and temperature monitor and logger, we provide a service to monitor a target transformer over a period of weeks to establish the trend of moisture. A full graphical representation of the output can be produced by way of report.

SURVEY

We offer a  service (often without charge) to survey a target transformer to establish the optimum method of installing a TRANSEC unit, and to confirm the gate valve fittings required.

MAINTENANCE & CYLINDER CHANGE

On site visits can be arranged to report on condition, or to replace saturated cylinders through our cylinder exchange programme.

DESIGN & PROJECT MANAGE

We can offer bespoke design for alarms, cubicles, protection circuits etc.  and project manage the installation of specialist  equipment.

TRANSEC INSTALLATION

Using our own team of experienced fitters,  who all carry safety passports, and many suitable authorisations, we can install and commission a single TRANSEC unit in a working day.  The work is carried out under the direct supervision of our Contracts Director.
